Hello! I'm Anna, the hostess of the Amber Lodge Hickstead. 

My husband Gordon and I love exploring the world and travelling to different counties and places. We like to new people and learn about different cultures.  Besides the journey itself, we also think that finding a cosy place to stay is always an exciting thing to do!

We love staying at places that are of idyllic ambience, relaxing yet well connected with transport links. After some years’ good and bad experiences, I decided to become a host myself. By building the Amber Lodge, I had a chance to finally bring the idea of a 'perfect holiday home to relax in' from my mind into reality.

Watching my dream come true has given me great satisfaction. However, it is not the end of the line. I hope to share the happiness of a quality stay to my fellow travellers who appreciate the same experience as I do!
