DISCOVER HICKSTEAD

A hidden gem in the picturesque rural Sussex

Situated approximately 20 minutes south of the Gatwick airport by the A23 sliproad, the Hickstead village houses one of Sussex's most famous racecourses. Once a year, thousands of riders and spectators swarm in from all parts of the country to immerse themselves in the festive and ecstatic summer racing carnival.

The village neighbours itself with the historic town of Twineham,  National Trust's Nymans botanic garden and the local vineyards & cheese farms of Sussex in Bolney and the downs. You can easily reach most of these popular destinations within half an hour of driving -- thanks to the convenient access to A23!

Despite its adjacency to the main road, the village is well-insulated from the traffic noise. Here you can enjoy the finest that the English countryside can offer while staying fully connected to all types of fun! So come to Hickstead, embrace mother nature, relax and unearth the beauty of this shiny gem in the rural Sussex!
